Who we are

Are you searching for the best optometrists to address your children’s vision needs? You’re in the right place-- our residency trained pediatric optometrists offer excellent pediatric eye care and neuro-optometry services in the Treasure Valley. Our doctors’ advanced training and clinical expertise means we can expertly evaluate your child’s eye care needs. It also qualifies us to diagnose and treat vision conditions affecting children’s developing visual systems. We also offer select adult specialty services. 

Each of our doctors have completed a nationally accredited residency program, along with maintaining a Fellowship status with the American Academy of Optometry, an organization dedicated to the advancement of eye care. Our qualified team of optometrists are in-network with most insurances, so providing the best eye care won’t cost more than working with other providers. At Artisan Pediatric Eyecare, we accept new patients-- no referral needed.

Who we serve

Artisan Pediatric Eyecare serves infants, toddlers, school-age children, and teens who need vision exams, diagnoses, and treatments. We also offer adult specialty services, including athlete vision assessments, neuro-optometric assessments, and prism assessments. 

We offer a variety of pediatric services, such as ocular health checks and comprehensive vision exams. Our residency trained pediatric optometrists use a variety of age-appropriate tests and instruments to evaluate and treat your child. Our doctors are also qualified to treat children who don’t yet know their alphabet, and children with special needs.

With your child's visual system undergoing immense development changes during the first few years of life, it is recommended that every child undergoes their first eye exam prior to their first birthday, around 6 to 9 months.
